quit smoking & stay quit after pregnancy
Quitting Smoking is the most important thing you can do for the health of your baby.  Tobacco use during pregnancy decreases the amount of oxygen a baby gets in the womb, increases risks for babies to be born early and too small, and increases risks of sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS).

Pregnant women who smoke and want to quit or have already quit can attend cessation sessions to earn free diapers.  Attend 4 prenatal sessions.  Be tobacco free & receive a $25 diaper voucher at sessions 3 & 4.  Stay tobacco free after the baby is born to earn additional $25 diaper vouchers each month for up to 12 months.

You can refer yourself to the program!
